What kind of shoes would be good for a snowy winter and still comfortable in summer?

I live in lincoln, Nebraska. The winter here is chilly and there is plenty of snow. The summers are pretty hot too. What kind of shoes would be suitable and wearable for both climates. The shoes have to be lightweight and comfortable.

3. Biker or Cowboy Boots, weather proofed of course. I wear them year round
4. Im from California An I wear flats daily. Rathers its cold or not im fine.
5. Sweater boots are cute and nice and cozy, but they're not good for damp weather. Uggs are expensive but you can try em, they're comfortable and cute. DSW has a huge collection of winter boots check em out.
6. Just try tennis shoes and long socks.
