How do you remove shoe sole marks from shoes?
I have a pair of tan synthetic, imitation leather shoes and they have black marks from the rubber sole of another shoe on them. Ive tried everything i can think of to get it off but it wont budge! Any ideas?

- Try asking in the cleaning and laundry sec for better professional answers.
- maybe try that MAGIC ERASER by Mr. Clean that you can get at a drugstore or supermarket. supposedly it removes just about any mark .... "EVEN PERMANENT MARKERS" from almost any surface!
- a normal pink eraser (clean). I know it works on leather shoes (like timberland boots)..but I don't know about synthetic imitation leather. I think it should..
- Use an art eraser ("white" eraser) and gently erase the marks away. If this doesn't work, try rubbing with toothpaste and a clean cloth. If the above two fail, you can use rubbing alcohol on the stain.
