what is the most comfortable brand of casual shoes?

I am starting a new job that is 100% on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time, what have you found to be the most comfortable shoe brand? It also needs to be black and a full shoe.

1. CROCS R SOOOOOOO COMFY!!! u can wear them with or without socks and if you cant get those, then any shoe with an arch for support would be good!!!!!

4. Vans are surprisingly comfortable. I've heard that Crocks are really comfy, but they're butt ugly. I like sandles/flip flops because my feet stay cool. I think Sneakers are some of the most uncomfortable shoes in existance.
