Most comfortable professional/business casual shoes for men?

Last summer, I had an internship at a place that required business casual everyday. I bought two pairs of Docker Gordon shoes (black and brown). They are the least comfortable shoes I've ever worn. If I'm going to continue doing this for a career, I need better shoes. I love my New Balance tennis shoes. It would be amazing if there was a shoe that was comfortable like that, but still dressy for business casual or even business professional. I wear a 9 in Mens, by the way.

1. My husband wears a pair of birkenstocks which look like business shoes - so comfy, but can get stinky without socks. I use comfy insoles if I stand all day at work.
2. a man should feel those shoes confortable, maybe you haven't get used to them because you have been wearing gim shoes all the time.
3. i wear cole haan, they have some nice looking bus cas shoes and teh shoes come with nike air system in the heel. the link is to their site but i go tmine cheaper at dillards in teh mall
