Casual shoes?

Im looking for some casual shoes, for going out with friends etc. but im not sure what to get. Im looking for prefably slip-ons, but laces are ok. And i dont really want runners or sports shoes... could anyone suggest some good casual shoes? Oh yeah, and im a guy, so nothing to fancy.
